9:30am - 10:30am Workshop #1-Behavioral Matrix
Presented by Kathy Quinlan Director of Training, PSI Seminars.
In this experiential workshop you will learn about yourself and the behaviors that impact your communication with others. You will learn how to listen and communicate effectively with different personalities to get what you want in your career and in your personal life. People naturally communicate in a style that resonates with others that are like them, but is often a barrier to those that are in a different position in the behavioral matrix. Every position in the behavioral matrix adds a unique value to the human experience and each person makes contributions to work, society and family that cannot be accomplished by a single individual. You will leave the workshop with a greater appreciation and understanding of the diversity in people and how to make your workplace and your life more effective and enjoyable

As we start the holiday season, most of us take time to give thanks for all that we have and also reflect on the past year and spend time with family. Unfortunately, not everyone has the opportunity to do so. This time of year is also a great time to give back to our community.
We have signed up to volunteer at St. Anthonys Dining Room Services to help serve about 2,600 lunches to the poor and homeless.
This location is about two blocks from the Civic Center BART Station and we are required to be there from 9am to 1:45pm. Space is limited to 10 volunteers so please fill out the Google Form below by next Tuesday, December 1st.
